Hi 👋🏾, I'm Bo — a Level 3 qualified personal trainer focused on helping women build strength, improve body composition, and feel more confident in their bodies.

As a parent, I understand the reality of balancing training with a busy life — which is why my approach is structured, realistic, and designed to fit around your life, not take it over.
